We have a very simple return policy. If you've received a damaged/defective product, please email us your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) along with an image of the damaged/defective product received within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall send you a replacement within 7 working days.
1. Write to us at email@example.com with Subject as "Return: Damaged/Defective - Order Number" and let us know the reason for return.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original invoice.
All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer.
We will unfortunately not be able to entertain return requests post 48 hours of delivery.
